Both babies are doing very well and growing fast. Jack looks taller every day, and little Matthew is not so little anymore. He was just under 10 lbs at a weight check this Monday, and he has even grown another chin! He is still smiling a lot, and still eating constantly. Two nights ago he slept a record-breaking FIVE hours during the night - hopefully this will be a new trend! It's amazing to think that Jack was already consistently sleeping through the night at this same age, sometimes even 10-12 hours. It really is true what the doctor said about everything happening later for our little preemie.
Birthday season has begun as a few of Jack's little playgroup friends have already turned two! Jack's party will be next, and is sure to be a blast with all his friends, plus we are lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa Ungerman in attendance again this year! Hard to believe he will be two. The words are coming more and more every day, he has so many now we have lost count. Some he says perfectly, and others are only for mommy and daddy to understand :) He is relishing in his new role as a big brother, and it's just a joy to watch the two of them interact.
